Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (hereinafter the "Shipping Policy") defines the conditions and procedures under which CÉLYSÉ PARIS (hereinafter the "Seller"), ensures the delivery of products ordered by Customers on the website https://CÉLYSÉ PARIS-4.myshopify.com (hereinafter the "Site"). This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the Seller's Terms of Service. By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read this Shipping Policy and accepts without reservation all of its terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, with modifications being applicable to orders placed after the date of publication of the modifications on the Site.

Article 1 - Delivery Zones. The Seller ensures the delivery of products ordered on the Site to France (metropolitan France and overseas departments and territories, subject to specific restrictions), and other countries within the European Union, subject to particular restrictions applicable to certain products or certain destinations. The Seller reserves the right to limit or exclude certain delivery zones at any time and without prior notification, particularly due to logistical, regulatory, or security constraints. Deliveries outside of France may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other additional charges, the amount of which is the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. The Seller declines all liability as to the amount of these additional charges, which the Customer is required to inquire about prior to placing the order with the competent customs authorities of his or her country of residence. For deliveries within France, no customs duties or import taxes shall apply, and the Customer shall only be liable for the delivery charges indicated on the Site at the time of the order.

Article 2 - Delivery Methods. The Seller offers various delivery methods, the details, indicative timeframes, and rates of which are presented to the Customer during the ordering process on the Site, prior to the validation of the order. The delivery methods available may vary depending on the delivery destination, the weight and dimensions of the products ordered, and the availability of services from the Seller's partner carriers. The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the delivery methods offered, the indicative timeframes, and the delivery rates, it being understood that the conditions applicable to an order are those in force at the time of the validation of said order by the Customer. Unless otherwise stated on the Site, the delivery methods offered by the Seller include standard home delivery, the indicative timeframe for which is generally between five (5) and fifteen (15) business days from the confirmation of the order for deliveries to France, and express delivery, the indicative timeframe for which is generally between two (2) and five (5) business days from the confirmation of the order, subject to availability in the Customer's delivery zone.

Article 3 - Delivery Charges. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery method selected by the Customer, the delivery destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and are indicated to the Customer clearly and unambiguously before the validation of the order. Delivery charges are added to the price of the products ordered and are invoiced to the Customer in addition to the product price. The Seller may, at its sole discretion and under the conditions it determines, offer free delivery for orders exceeding a certain minimum amount, under the conditions specified on the Site. Free delivery offers are valid only for the standard delivery method and for the delivery destinations specified in the terms of the offer. The Seller reserves the right to modify or withdraw free delivery offers at any time and without prior notification. Delivery charges are not refundable in the event of return of products by the Customer in the context of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, with the exception of initial standard delivery charges, in accordance with the provisions of the Seller's Return Policy and applicable legislation.

Article 4 - Delivery Timeframes. The delivery timeframes indicated on the Site are indicative timeframes and are expressed in business days. Delivery timeframes run from the date of confirmation of the order by the Seller and full payment of the price by the Seller. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered, the delivery destination, the delivery method selected, and circumstances beyond the Seller's control, such as periods of high commercial activity (sales, end-of-year holidays, etc.), adverse weather conditions, labor disputes, postal or transport service disruptions, or any other event constituting force majeure. The Seller endeavors to respect the delivery timeframes indicated on the Site, without being able to guarantee them absolutely. In any event, in accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the Parties agree otherwise on a specific delivery date. In the event that the delivery timeframe is exceeded by more than thirty (30) days, the Customer may, after having instructed the Seller to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period and in the absence of delivery within this new period, terminate the contract by written notification to the Seller and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid within fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, in accordance with Article L. 216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 5 - Order Tracking. The Seller provides the Customer with an order tracking service enabling the Customer to know the progress of the processing and delivery of the order. A shipping confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the electronic address indicated when placing the order, containing, where applicable, a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website enabling the Customer to track the shipment of the package in real time. The Customer is invited to regularly check the status of the order tracking and to contact the Seller's customer service in the event of any anomaly observed in the shipment of the package. The Seller declines all liability for tracking information provided by partner carriers, which may be subject to inaccuracies or update delays. In the event of difficulty encountered in tracking the order, the Customer is invited to first contact the carrier concerned, and then, if necessary, the Seller's customer service.

Article 6 - Receipt of the Order. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is required to verify the apparent condition of the package and the products delivered, in the presence of the delivery person or carrier. In the event of observation of any anomaly (damaged, opened, wet, or crushed package, missing product, damaged product, product not conforming to the order, etc.), the Customer must imperatively make precise, detailed, and motivated reservations on the carrier's delivery note, refusing the package where necessary, and inform the Seller by electronic mail within forty-eight (48) hours following receipt of the package, attaching to the message any useful supporting documentation (photographs of the damaged package and products, copy of the delivery note with the reservations made, etc.). In the absence of notification under the conditions and within the time limits referred to above, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products delivered in good condition and in conformity with the order, and no claim relating to the apparent condition of the package or products may be taken into account by the Seller. The reservations made by the Customer shall not in themselves constitute proof of deterioration of the products or of the Seller's failure to fulfill its obligations, the Seller reserving the right to carry out any verification it deems necessary before taking a position on the Customer's claim.

Article 7 - Absence and Delivery Attempts. In the event of the Customer's absence during the carrier's delivery attempt, a notice of passage shall be left by the carrier, indicating the procedures for picking up the package or scheduling a new delivery attempt, in accordance with the procedures applicable by the carrier concerned. The number of delivery attempts and the conditions for holding the package in the event of the Customer's absence vary depending on the carrier and the delivery method selected. In the absence of pick-up of the package by the Customer within the period allowed by the carrier, the package shall be returned to the Seller at the Customer's expense. In this case, the Seller may proceed with a refund of the product price, minus the initial delivery charges and the return charges invoiced by the carrier, or offer the Customer a new shipment at the Customer's expense. The Seller declines all liability in the event of delivery delay or non-delivery resulting from the Customer's absence or inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order (incomplete, incorrect, or obsolete delivery address, absence of access code or access instructions, etc.).

Article 8 - Lost or Unreceived Package. In the event of non-receipt of the package by the Customer within a reasonable period exceeding the indicative delivery timeframe applicable to the order, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller's customer service to report the situation. The Seller shall then conduct an investigation with the carrier concerned in order to locate the package and determine the circumstances of its disappearance. This investigation may require a period of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days, during which the Seller shall not be in a position to proceed with a refund or re-shipment of the order. At the conclusion of the investigation, if the package is declared lost by the carrier, the Seller shall offer the Customer, at the Customer's choice, either the re-shipment of the products ordered (subject to their availability) or a full refund of the amounts paid by the Customer in respect of the order concerned, including delivery charges. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or deterioration attributable to the carrier or to circumstances of force majeure.

Article 9 - Modification of the Delivery Address. The Customer may request modification of the delivery address of the order provided that the order has not yet been shipped by the Seller. Any request for modification of the delivery address must be addressed to the Seller's customer service by electronic mail as soon as possible following the placing of the order. The Seller shall endeavor to take the Customer's modification request into account, without being able to guarantee it, particularly if the order has already been the subject of logistical processing prior to shipment. In the event of impossibility of modification of the delivery address, the Seller shall inform the Customer as soon as possible. Any request for modification of the delivery address after shipment of the order must be addressed directly to the carrier concerned by the Customer, in accordance with the procedures and conditions applicable by said carrier, and may give rise to additional charges borne by the Customer.

Article 10 - Partial Deliveries. The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries when certain ordered products are temporarily unavailable or when logistical constraints so require. In this case, the Customer shall be informed of the partial delivery by electronic mail and any additional delivery charges resulting from the partial delivery shall be borne entirely by the Seller, unless the partial delivery results from an express request by the Customer. Each partial delivery shall be the subject of a separate delivery note and the Customer is required to verify the conformity of each partial delivery under the conditions provided for by this Shipping Policy.

Article 11 - Seller's Liability Regarding Delivery. The Seller's liability regarding delivery is limited to the obligations provided for by this Shipping Policy and by applicable legislation. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays, losses, deterioration, or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including in particular cases of force majeure as defined by the Seller's Terms of Service, disruptions or interruptions of postal or transport services, exceptional weather conditions, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, governmental or administrative decisions, or any other cause external to the Seller. In any event, the Seller's liability under this Shipping Policy is limited to the amount of the order concerned, including delivery charges. The Seller shall under no circumstances be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from a delivery delay or non-delivery, such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity, moral damage, or reputational damage.

Article 12 - Final Provisions. This Shipping Policy is governed by applicable European Union consumer protection law and French law. In the event of a contradiction between this Shipping Policy and the Seller's Terms of Service, the provisions of the Terms of Service shall prevail, unless expressly stipulated otherwise by this Shipping Policy. For any question relating to the delivery of the order, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller's customer service at the contact details indicated on the Site. The Seller endeavors to process any delivery-related request as quickly as possible, without being able to guarantee a specific response time.
